Blood test
The Municipality of Zborov, as a recipient of Norwegian grants, in cooperation with the Regional Health Authority, organized a free blood test, which took place on Friday, April 12th from 8:30 am, in the wedding room of the Municipal Office.
26 people participated in the test and their cholesterol and glucose levels were tested, the Regional Health Authority employees measured the blood pressure of the participating people, calculated BMI, fat and muscle percentages and metabolic age. Smokers also had CO2 in their breath measured with a special device.
Once again, higher glucose values were detected in a few of the examined people and they were recommended to visit their general practitioner. We are planning a similar test in the fall of this year and we are already looking forward to the interest
